CONDITION REPORT ADDED Meissen Sixteen piece Monkey Band Orchestra After J.J. Kaendler and P.Reinicke to include a Conductor, Harp player, Guitarist, Violinist, Cellist, Hurdy Gurdy player, Four vocalists, Drummer, Kettle Drum Car, Drummer with pipe, Triangle player, Pianist, Trumpeter, French Horn player, Flautist, Clarinetist, Bag piper, and Bassoonist, the band composed of pieces from different periods 19th / 20th century, crossed swords, impressed and incised marks to bases, also a non Meissen music stand (17) the tallest figure measures 18.5cm high
Condition: Condition report: Conductor: One arm restored, one hand restuck, one leg broken off (but present) firing crack to base, restorations to coat tail. Harp player: Harp broken into two pieces (parts present) one leg restuck) Guitarist: Headstock missing, small chip to the base. Violinist: Violin bow restored. Cellist: Restorations to his hat, the cello and the bow. Hurdy Gurdy player: the head of the Hurdy Gurdy has been restuck and restored. Vocalist looking right pink skirt: out stretched foot restored. Vocalist looking right white skirt: one foot missing, chip to hand. Vocalist looking left yellow skirt: no damage or restoration. Vocalist looking left white skirt: one leg restored. Drummer: two very minor chips to the underside of the base. Kettle Drum Car: no damage or restoration. Drummer with pipe: The end of his pony tail lacking, the drum beater restored. Cut through mark. Triangle player: His hat, triangle and beater restored. Lacking his plume from his hat. Pianist: chip to the corner of his keyboard, and the corner of his music. Trumpeter: The lower pipe of the trumpet restored. Chip to his cuff. French Horn player: out stretched arm, point of hat, and one foot restored. Flautist: restorations to his flute. Cut through mark. Clarinetist: Lacks most of his clarinet, no other damages. Bag piper: restoration to his hands and feet, minor chip to underside of base. Bassoonist: no damage or restoration.
