US 1984-1987 First Day Cover and Commemorative Stamp Collection
Description
A collection of US philatelic commemorative sheets issued by the Postal Commemorative Society. The lot includes the 1986 Presidents series, the 1986 Mint Set of Commemorative Stamps, and the 1987 Bicentennial of the US Constitution series. Featured subjects include American Orchids, Jack London, Eleanor Roosevelt, Navajo Art, and Polar Explorers. Each sheet contains a first day cover with an official city-of-issue postmark, such as Chicago, IL (May 22, 1986) and Philadelphia, PA (September 17, 1987), and printed historical text. Denominations include 20-cent and 22-cent values. The 1986 Presidents series was issued to honor US leaders on the 200th anniversary of the presidency. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the sale. We offer multiple shipping options, please read the shipping terms to understand your options.
