A Collection of Twelve Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint Precision Models 1:24 Scale Die-Cast Vehicles

This collection consists of twelve 1:24 scale die-cast metal model automobiles from both The Franklin and Danbury Mint, The vehicles are constructed with die-cast metal bodies and include plastic, rubber, and mixed media components. The assortment features a variety of automotive history including a 1933 Duesenberg Model SJ Victoria in burgundy and tan, a two-tone teal and green 1929 Bugatti Royale Esders Roadster, two 1941 Lincoln Continental Convertibles in dark purple, a red and white 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible, and a red 1997 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. Further models include a 1934 Hispano-Suiza J12 in dark blue and cream, a red 1958 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa racer, a 1931 Ford Model A Pickup in dark blue and black, a gold-tone 1963 Studebaker Avanti, a silver 1998 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, and a white 1988 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. Chassis markings vary by model and are located on the underside. A printed silver mark on the red Corvette chassis reads C5 CORVETTE, THE FRANKLIN MINT. The 1955 Chevrolet chassis is marked 1955 CHEVROLET BEL AIR and THE FRANKLIN MINT. The silver Corvette is marked 1998 CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE and THE FRANKLIN MINT. The white Corvette is marked 1988 CORVETTE and THE FRANKLIN MINT. The gold-tone coupe is marked STUDEBAKER AVANTI and THE FRANKLIN MIN. License plates on several models correspond to the model year, such as 1955, 1958, 1931, 1998, and 1988. Several models retain original manufacturer paper hang tags. The models are designed with functional features including opening hoods revealing detailed engine bays, opening doors, opening trunks, and steerable front wheels connected to the interior steering wheels. Please review all photos carefully, all items come as is and may have damage or be missing pieces. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the sale.
